I hope that's a really good coupon book because I can't make this come out to a good deal. I could do much better than $20 buying these items on sale with coupons. I'm thinking it should be about $15 or less to be worthwhile.
ReplyDeleteYeah with coupons at the store I think it would be better that way. In my case, I'm still working on my stockpile, and the amount of cereal alone that the kids eat makes it worth it for me. In a month or so, I would have to say that this won't be a great deal.
ReplyDeleteMonday, I'm going to take this list and head to Kroger with what coupons that I can get for those items and see if I can get it below $20. Sometime I think like a regular shopper still. The end result will be interesting if nothing else.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be really interesting to do a trip like that and compare it out. I don't know that you could get it under $20 in one trip, unless the store is running a full on General Mills sale. But, over the course of a few weeks, getting the different products when they are on sale.
