6 Reasons I LOVE Netflix Streaming
I do love Netflix and more and more lately I think I could live without cable and just go with Netlfix and Hulu. I haven't quite gotten there yet. But, I thought I'd share a few of the reasons I love Netflix.streaming!
1. Pawn Stars Marathon! - we love this show but we found it late. Luckily, we've been able to catch all the episodes we'd missed thanks to Netflix streaming.
2. Dexter - I've never had Showtime and I've heard from so many how great this show is. I'm finally getting to see it for myself.
3. The Riches! - Eddie Izzard! Need I say more? Why oh why did this show get cancelled. I hate it when things end in the middle.
4. Up! - Anyone who can make it through the first 10 minutes of this movie without bawling their eyes out has no emotions. Sometimes we just need a good cry.
5. Something for every mood! - My streaming queue is full and I know that no matter what kind of movie I want to watch there is something in there for that mood. The Runaways (the story of Joan Jett's first band of the same name), or how about Hot Tub Time Machine, want scary? How about Daybreakers. Need a thriller? Panic is waiting in my queue.
6. Starz Instant Play - if it's on Starz it's available on Netflix, including their hot new show Spartacus and the great movies on Starz, like Toy Story 3. There is also the live Starz channel you can watch online.
We have the account that allows you to also have one DVD out at a time, but we rarely watch the DVD. It often sits for a month before we finally watch it because the streaming options are so much easier, and there are just so many of them. You can get just the unlimited streaming account from Netflix for only $7.99 a month and they are currently offering your first month free to give it a try. Streaming is available on most of your game systems as well as Tivos and wifi enabled DVD players, as well as specialized devices like the Roku.
