It seems that Facebook has played around with settings AGAIN! This time they've taken it upon themselves to default your wall to only showing those pages and friends that you interact with MOST. If you'd like to be able to see all the pages and friends that you hadn't already hidden on showing up on your wall again, there is a simple change you can make.
On your Facebook wall, click the drop down next to "most recent" and then select "edit options"
From there you will want to select to view "all of your fiend and pages".
This won't unhide the pages you've chosen not to see but it will bring back the ones that Facebook decided to hide for you.
