"How did you do that?"
"I just went through Swagbucks to purchase the Groupon deal."
"So this Swagbucks thing.... you are wracking up some Amazon cards? You won't have to pay for anything on there?"
"Yeah, pretty much!"
"So you get points for buying things?"
"Well, yeah, you get a big bump in points for buying Groupon deals. But, most of my points I get just from searching the web and opening my browser."
"Searching the web for what?"
"Anything! Whatever I'd normally search for on Google I just search for on Swagbucks. Of course, I've found that I'm more likely to get points if I do a "real" search with like a phrase, instead of just one word. And sometimes it takes several searches in a row to get points. But, I can earn points for searching twice a day. AND, I average about 20 points a day JUST doing searches."
"Wow. Maybe I need to sign up for this too."
"Yeah, and when you do make sure you click on one of my posts on Facebook when I get points, then I'll get your points too and we can get Amazon bucks even faster"
So, that's the story of how my husband finally signed up for Swagbucks. He even did his first search last night and got his first points. I got his points on his search too. Another great feature of Swagbucks.
Not a Swagbucks user yet? Go sign up here. Already a Swagbucks user? Have your family members signed up under you yet? If not, go to their computers and create accounts for them. Do their searches for them if you have to. Oh, and Friday is Mega SwagBucks Day so make sure they (and you) do the searches on those days because you can win even more points than usual.
