Closed! GiveAway: Burt's Bees Gift Tin

I am a huge fan of Burt's Bees lip balm, it's all I use.  Something about the texture combined with the peppermint scent of the original Burts Bees.  I do also enjoy the other lip balms but the original will always be my favorite.

If you enjoy Burt's Bees too, then you'll love this giveaway.  I'm passing along a fully loaded Burt's Bees lip balm gift tin.  This tin contains 4 lip balms and comes in a pretty cool tin that you can use reuse.

To enter this giveaway just leave a comment with your favorite Burt's Bees product.  Be sure to leave your email address on your comment so I can contact you if you are chosen as the winner (to avoid spam leave it in the form of     myname  at email dot com

This giveaway will close at midnight - 12AM (PST) on January 3  and a winner will be announced on Friday Feb. 4.

(And, no this giveaway is not sponsored, it's just me giving away something that I enjoy - my blog's not quite big enough to have sponsors giving away cool stuff yet... maybe one day).

Publix Weekly Ad Matchups

Be sure to check out Passionate Penny Pincher for this weeks Publix ad and coupon match-ups.  She really is the reason why I do so well and save so much money by shopping at Publix.

Personally, I'm taking this week off from grocery shopping so I won't even point out my favorite deals... because I don't have any (not that there aren't some good ones I just don't want to look and taunt myself!).

Free Glade Scented Oil Candle from Right@Home

Hurry! Right@Home is offering a FREE Glade Scented Oil Candle in "Angel Whisper" scent to the first 5,000 who request.  Just click here and enter your info and look for it in your mail in a few weeks.

Valentines Gift Idea: 40% OFF at CanvasPeople.com (PLUS Free Shipping)

I've ordered at least 3 different canvases now from Canvas People and the product is great. We love them and they make great gifts. Right now they are offering a great deal with 40% OFF their canvases and FREE SHIPPING on any size canvas.

Be sure to Use coupon code "love143"

If you order by Feb. 4 you can get it in time for Valentines Day, but even if you don't, these would also make great Mother's Day gifts (and that's just around the corner).

We get to see Dave Ramsey LIVE Saturday

We are so looking forward to going to Dave Ramsey's LIVE event on Saturday.  We managed to snag coupons to the Nashville event for just $20 each.  As you've probably read by now we took the FPU class last fall and we've learned so much.  I think right now we are just starting to edge off of the "high" that the class put us on.  We've saved so much money and finally have our Emergency Fund fully funded.  Now we are working on getting our retirement investment going and paying off the house.  BUT, we want a vacation.  It's hard to keep that motivation forever and stay "gazelle intense".  So we really need this live event to really give us another bump to keep going.  You can bet I'll be on here Sunday reporting on our experience.

In the meantime, I did want to share this deal that Dave has on his website for his "Starter Special", it's his 2 best selling books, - "The Total Money MakeOver" and "Financial Peace Revisited" as well as 2 of his DVDs "Dumping Debt" and "Cash Flow Planning" PLUS the designer Envelope System and his budgeting software.  All for just $49!  This is a great way to get started on turning your financial life around and a great price for all of these items.  Grab that deal here.

Sunday Coupon Preview

It's that time, it looks like this week we are just expecting 1 insert in the paper (which will give us time to catch up from having so many last Sunday).  Check out Sunday Coupon Previews for updates on which coupons we are looking for.

$5 Zantac Coupon

Grab a $5 Off Zantac coupon here.  Normally we see these with $3 Off, so this is a nice little bump.
